I haven\u2019t taken his paid course but have used the checklist and feel his content is valuable.<\/li>\n<li>Learn how to use the common data set (only for schools you are serious about). It is available at <a href=\"https:\/\/commondataset.org\/\">https:\/\/commondataset.org\/<\/a> and will give you great detailed information about every school you are considering.<\/li>\n<li>When looking at colleges determine your AP\/dual enrollment credit mean placement or credit toward graduation. If your school doesn\u2019t accept AP for credit, you may want to spend more of your time on that passion project that differentiates you from other applicants.<\/li>\n<li>The PSAT that counts is junior year (your practice tests are earlier)<\/li>\n<li>SAT Isn\u2019t adaptive by question\u2026the first half of test determine your questions in the second half<\/li>\n<li>Once you figure out which test you like better (SAT vs ACT), focus your study\/practice on only one of them as almost every school accepts either.<\/li>\n<li>For most schools, you don\u2019t need to report your AP scores when you apply.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure that your program is accredited and certified.
