Knott Scholar Student Council

In 2023 the Knott Scholar Council was reorganized, and a council comprised only of secondary students, called the Knott Scholar Student Council, was established. The mission of the Knott Scholar Student Council is to support current elementary and secondary students to develop leadership skills in service to their communities. Elementary scholars and elementary scholar alumni will be invited to participate in the Council in the near future. Through regular Council meetings, the scholars are offered the opportunity to practice leadership skills by planning elements of the annual Pinning Ceremony, an annual school-year service project and assisting in planning a summer service day.
